GF-9 is the key to maintaining muscle mass
I have been using this product for well over a year & I have seen a drastic change in my life. I don't get the chance to work out as often as I'd like to, but when I do, I can feel the difference in my overall muscle tone that I do have. I"m 64 and have never felt better or stronger.
