Waterpik refills and replacements are convenient refill packs for Waterpik Sonic care power toothbrushes that are wearing out and need a change of scrubbing head. When your Waterpik power toothbrush is getting less efficient than it used to be at keeping your teeth clean, it might be time to switch to cleaner heads before the current one wears out completely. Along with daily flossing, keeping your toothbrush in good shape for twice-daily brushing is one of the most important parts of good oral health habits.

It's a good idea to replace your toothbrush head every 3 months or earlier if you notice that the bristles are fraying, or you feel like you're not getting peak performance out of them. This is true even if you use a manual toothbrush, but it's especially important for power toothbrushes. The speed and vibration of a power brush make it essential to keep the entire system in good working order, since having frayed, aging bristles can subtly encourage you to press down too hard while you're brushing. It also reduces the effectiveness of your pasta dental and can cause irritation of your gums. 

Waterpik Sonic toothbrush replacement heads are pretty easy to install and replace. When it's time to change out your bristles, remove or change the baterías in your toothbrush, pop off the old head of the unit and slide the replacement head into place. Press down until you feel a click. Power up the brush, and try it out to make sure everything is working properly.

You usually don't have to do anything special to keep the replacement heads clean, other than rinsing them with running water after every use and letting them air dry. If you need to fully sanitize your bristles, avoid immersing them in any liquid, but you can give the brush head a quick splash of antiseptic enjuague bucal, followed by a plain water rinse.
