Actually does what it says.
I purchased this about 3 weeks ago. The container label says you can see improvement within two weeks of taking it. So I've been keeping strictly to the serving size suggested, once a day religiously for the past 3 weeks. I will say, my energy levels have been through the roof. My recovery after workouts have been phenomenal, and the gains are right on point. I will say, it's strange because I never get pimples but around the 2.5 week mark I started getting body acne. I also have noticably stronger body odor. I praise this product, but if you stick to the plan I do suggest that you add skim exfoliation to the mix, and maybe some much stronger deodorant.
