. I don't know what they put in this, but it works incredibly fast. If you have a flu with congested sinuses, pop 2 of them suckers and best believe within an hour you'll be able to breath and smell again. Your sinuses will be so clear you'll be able to smell colors. Affordable over the counter medicine that works!

Stable for colds
I just recently got over a cold and bought the Tylenol cold and Flu pack for the first time. They worked great and quickly. Both day and night
I like that this Tylenol cold and severe comes with both day and night medication. I do find that the daytime still makes me a little woozy, and the nighttime definitely knocks you out.
