TO APPLY: 1. WASH & CLEAN nose with soap & water, DRY completely. REMOVE liner & avoid touching adhesive. 2. CENTER nasal strip on nose. 3. PRESS & HOLD for 30 seconds. TO REMOVE: 1. WET nasal strip with warm water. 2. GENTLY lift both ends & remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. DISPOSE of used nasal strip. Relieves Nighttime Nasal Congestion. Do not exceed 25°C.
