    Toxic Packaging

I would like to give this product a five star review. However, the absurd amount of hard plastic packaging for such a small tube is really unacceptable especially as we should all be trying, consumers and manufacturers, to decrease the use of plastic which has been proven harmful to the environment, to people's health and the health of birds, fish, mammals, etc. It truly is shocking - every time I reach to buy this product which is a very good product, I just cannot due to the unnecessary and toxic packaging. Thank you and I hope you will find althernative form of acceptable packaging.

    Fix your dispenser!!!

Product works great but the little pump bottle that shoots out too much, gets clogged and stops working just sucks! Plus I managed to pop it open after it seemed empty and there’s probably half still in there. Fix it

    Don't buy it

I have had zero luck with this product, I don't know why I keep buying it. I guess I'm hoping it will work sometime. One to two days and symptoms disappear, please! Im 5 days in and zero results.

    CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!

CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!!!! It does nothing now. One application at the first sign of tingling used to stop my cold sores from blistering.

    avoid the pump!

This product works, but is expensive, and avoid the pump, it is a bad feature and does not work wasting product, use the squeeze tube with a screw-on cap its is much more functional and easier to use with no-waste
