It's almost painful how much this burns but effective in dulling out some of the pain. With that said, the smell and the burning sensation can be too much, and I realized this doesn't actually contain anti inflammatory actives so… we're really just masking up the pain here. Perfect for sore ligaments

I went to the gym and after the gym, I was extremely sore on my arm, and I used it on my arms and the pain went away instantly it's amazing.  They sent is not too strong, but it is there.
