OK, but not the most effective
I recently had to take Aleve for an extended period of time under doctor's supervision. I found it to be somewhat effective at lessening my jaw pain, but not really any different from taking ibuprofen. Works well

Aleve liquid gels are simply the best! It is the only thing that works for my headaches and it works fast. 2 pills give me lasting relief. Aleve Pain
I have switched to Aleve when I am hurting. It is effective and lasts most of the day. I really like the liquid gels. I think they're easy to swallow. I highly recommend Aleve to my family and friends. I don't have to take as many pills with Aleve like I do other pain killers.
