GAME CHANGER
My mom bought this for me when I was at my wits end, bawling, trying to figure out what I was going to do. I was so adamant about not being on prescriptions, hormones, etc. and wanted to be as natural as possible and this is an absolute gem. I was super skeptical because I had tried Estroven with no relief. After being on this for only a couple weeks, the hot flashes started to come less frequently. By 30 days, better sleep. I'm now almost through my 2nd box (2 months) and I can't imagine not having it. It isn't a cure all by any means, but I can now get through my days fully functional. I've been using Amberen for about 8-years and it works great. I don't get hot flashes during the day at all, and I only have a hot flash at night once in a while. My sister keeps seeing her doctor, trying to find something that works. She's tried drugs, patches and whatever they can throw at her, nothing works. I've told her about Amberen over and over but for some reason she won't give it a try. She talks about insurance paying, but Amberen doesn't cost much more than the insurance copay. If you're on the fence, don't be. A woman I didn't even know told me about these when she saw me having a hot flash at the store I was working at. Question - can I take the mood gummies with the relief capsules? Started the Capsules a couple days ago and POOF!! I am not waking up in a SOAKED bed!
