I take a few different vitamin supplements and have had no problem taking multiple pills at the same time but these ones are so hard to swallow! Could be flatter and not have crisp square edges. They often get stuck in my throat if I take more than one at a time, which is the serving size. Didn’t feel a difference

Effective but pills are too big
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement contains plant based fiber that is said to promote good digestive health. The bottle came with 84 capsules, but the recommended serving size is 3 capsules daily (ideally one after each meal) which lasts 28 days if that amount is taken daily. Each capsule contains 1g of fiber, which doesn't seem like a lot could be easily added to anyone's diet naturally. I liked that these don't make me bloated like other fiber supplements and have helped regulate my digestive system. Biggest complaint is each capsule is huge so they are hard to swallow. Tasteless and goes down easy

Good overall
