Helps relieve arthritis pain.
I ran half marathons and marathons for 25 years and this product was recommended by my dr. I still work out 5 days a week and sometimes my knees are not happy, so this receives my issues. I also wear knee braces you can purchase at CVS. They stabilize my knees.0 users found this review helpful.
