These are my favorite flavor almonds. I let having bad reactions and almonds are the last thing you'd expect gluten to be in but this product has wheat and soy sauce. I'm so bummed this used to be my go to snack when my cravings hit but had to stop after becoming excruciatingly I'll from them. I wish this brand was celiac friendly.
