Amazing GF banana bread
Found yet another delicious GF option for baking using Bob's Red Mill GF Rolled Oats.. I threw all my ingredients except chocolate chips in my VitaMix blender and made banana bread dough. Afterwards, I stirred in dark chocolate mini chips, chopped walnuts, and baked. It made a moist and rich banana bread that was high in fiber too. Win-win.
