Helps stabilize glucose levels
My husband takes this in the morning along with his breakfast and it really helps keep his sugar levels in check throughout the day. He also says that it helps give him energy and his legs feel better when he drinks it (he has mobility and strength issues in his legs). Even though he prefers the vanilla version, CVS only had chocolate in stock. In fact it was the only pack left as I was told that CVS is no longer stocking it. Now I will need to find this elsewhere which is truly a shame, not just for him, but for all diabetics. Yummy taste! And so nutritious!

I love it.

Lots of body loving ingredients

It definitely is packed with tons of wonderful things your body needs, but I couldn't get past the taste. Maybe I'll try some in my coffee as creamer next time.
