I first tried this box wonder a year ago. I didnt trust myself or have the patience for the cap 10yrs ago. Sometimes I freestyle and cap. This kit was 19$ and it didn't come w directions, a spatula, gloves or cap. I feel Robbed bc I only needed the cap this time. Other than that it would get 5stars. It would be nice if Clairol could do something as the kit was delivered and non refunded.

Hair color itself is fine. Cap is not great.
The thin plastic below cap will allow bleed of hair color to scalp if not careful. More so with this product than others. I have been using caps for years and I had forgotten I don't like this one.
