I'm not rating the product, I'm rating a website glitch and also the in-store pick-up customer service. I tried to order 2 of the same color but the website only allowed me to order ONE (said I reached limit), so I ordered the 2nd in the next darker color and figured I would exchange the darker one when I picked up the order. When I explained what happened on the website, she said "well what do you want to do", I said exchange this one for another of the other color (which I had already gotten from the shelf). She said "you can't do that; you have to return the one and then purchase the other" WHICH WOULD BE AT FULL PRICE (I had used coupons on the order). When I said it didn't make sense to have to pay full price to exchange it, she said "Well, then you're welcome to call Corporate and complain to them; we can't do anything since you purchased it online." Good hair color light blonde
