Running created a less than ideal joint condition. Cosamin ASU What is the recommended to me by my doctor many years ago and I continue to take it. I think it is helped me tremendously. I was advised to stop running but I still am extremely active and can walk 6 miles without any difficulty. These are easy to swallow, and they do not cost me stomach distress like other brands have. Easy way to boost your bone density!
My MD who is also a ND recommended this because I have osteopenia and need to stengthen my 87 year old bones! Have to wait another 6 months to do a bone density test.
