Not water resistant but the wand is really good and even application. The volume I get from this mascara is amazing. Product has changed. Tube nearly empty.
I have been using this product for YEARS and have always loved it. However, the past few tubes I have gotten it's obvious they're putting way less product in the tube, or they've changed the formula. It barely coats the lashes and I have to do so many swipes it gets clumpy. NOT the product it use to be.Reply from AbbyHace 2 mesesHello! Excellent Mascara!
I just bought this mascara, and it's fantastic. I use the black brown in non waterproof. It's a dry formula, but that's why I love it so much. It makes the lashes thick, long, and it's clump free! I don't enjoy wet formulas. My lashes stick together with the wet ones. Covergirl is the only brand I will use! Great Mascara
This is my favorite mascara so far. It doesn't clump up like so many do. It combs through my lashes and leaves them looking gorgeous. It darkens my lashes perfectly. I had no issues with smudging. Buildable volume mascara

waste of money
This is like using a mascara you've had for years and the tube is empty. My toddler grabbed it by the wand and didn't get any mascara on her.Reply from Erin1 year agoHello there!
