It's definitely waterproof... I have tried several oil based removers, and even straight up oil... it still took a couple of days for it to all flake off as I picked at it.. It subsequently pulls some eyelashes with it. Not the quality it used to be
There was a time when I would've rated this mascara at a 10. I've been using it since I was an older teenager. The quality in recent years has greatly gone down hill. It crumbles off of my eye lashes after a half day of wearing. Disappointed

Love this
This is my favorite mascara to use. I know it's a no-no in the makeup community, but I use waterproof mascara on a daily basis. I have naturally thin lashes and no they do not fall out with daily use . I choose waterproof daily because 1. My eyes easily water and 2. I have oily skin and regular mascara smears/smudges after a long day. I've tried many options and this is the only one that does not weigh down my eyes or make the curl in my lashes fall right oh way. There is no funky scent and it stays on all day. I've laughed, cried, and have gone swimming with my head underwater, and it stays in place. I don't get raccoon eyes after words or the black drips down my face. Get this mascara
Okay first I just want to say that I already have pretty long eyelashes to the point where I put on only a little mascara and they pop. This mascara literally gives me that Smokey look without a Smokey eye. Pretty good

Meh…
To be honest it wasn't my favorite. Got clumpy super easily.
