I have purchased this mascara exclusively for 19 years. I’ve tried other, expensive, bougie brands during this time, but none of them ever compared. I repurchased my lashblast a few weeks ago, and something wasn’t quite right. So, I quickly ordered a second tube thinking I had to have received a bad product. The second tube is bad, too! The formula has undoubtedly changed, and for the worse. It not only didn’t hold a curl for the first time in 19 years, it actually flattened my lashes upon application. I’m devastated. I’m sure the other lashblash loyalists will come to the same conclusion as they repurchase this new formula that has completely lost its oomph. Sadly, I am in the market for a new mascara for the first time in two decades.Reply from Erin1 week agoHi there! Needs a new bottle design
I have tried many drugstore mascaras, and this is actually one of my favorites, except for over things - the container. Whoever designed it needs to go back and take geometry and/or physics. When I apply mascara, I hold the wand in one hand and a magnifying mirror in the other. This means I need to set the bottle down while I am actually applying it. Because of the tiny diameter of the bottom compared to the wide girth around the middle, the bottle tends to fall over easily. Why not just keep the volume the same but make the container a cylinder with a consistent diameter? If the goal is trying to "fool" consumers by making it seem like the bottle is bigger than it actually is, it's not working anyhow. My go-to mascara

bad replacement for Lash Blast Active
ever since the Lash Blast Active was discontinued i've been trying different waterproof mascaras from CG and none of them are as good, including this one. the formula is so viscous is makes my lashes clump no matter what i do, something i've never had a problem with before with the Active product. and why is the brush so thick?? every waterproof CG mascara i've tried has been disappointing and now i'm stuck with 4-5 different kinds that are unusable. CG used to make good stuff and i've been a loyalist for ages but i'm tired of paying high prices for mediocre productsReply from Jess4 weeks agoHi there! Thanks to Covergirl volume waterproof mascara i can go under water and not have the dark eye look.
