[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t go wrong with Covergirl eyeliner. Reliably good. Goes on smoothly and smokes out easily. I’m not a winged eyeliner lady because my eyes are too hooded but if I were, this would be a great one for it. Beautiful deep black and consistent color. Not completely smudge or waterproof, but always in my collection. Great eyeliner

Very blendable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner pencil is perfect for a muted, blendable look. I use it on my top lid to and then blend my eyeshadow into it for a perfect, natural look. It’s ok for minimal wear

Good Color Payoff No Longevity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this liner glides on smoothly and is a rich black with one swipe. I also appreciate the smudger on the end. What I'm less than impressed with, though, is the longevity - this just does not last.
