Works nicely!
I usually use felt tip liner but I grabbed this since it was on sale. I do like it! The color drys a tad bit darker than I thought. But I prefer it over my black liner.Hace 2 mesesHello! Cover Girl
The eye liner pencil has a nice pigmentation. It is easy to apply. It has a clean formula that is without talc, parabens, and mineral oil. It is infused with castor seed oil. It says it lasts all day. Small amount smudges easily

Worst eyeliner I’ve ever tried
Probably the worst eyeliner I have ever tried, it comes off very easy, it isn’t black black and when you put it on the line comes off like greasy and almost translucent, and even after shaking it a few times it still doesn’t give you a solid good black line, the oil in the formula or whatever it is separates from the black and you won’t get a good solid line even going over it a few times.Reply from AbbyHace 6 mesesWe appreciate you taking the time to try our Perfect Point Plus Liquid Eyeliner. Love this liner!
I have never tried liquid liner before because I was told that as a beginner I wouldn't be able to use it. Well, after many failed attempts, i am now able to master the liner look.
