    Great flavor 😋

    I always test new meds before giving them to my child, and I was extremely happy with the flavor. So when my kiddo was running a bit of a fever I was relieved to have this on hand. As I hoped he took the medicine, no problem! He's very picky about his flavors, and he said this one was good. It broke his fever at the same speed as our other brand. I love that it's dye free, I love the easy pour, and I love that the measuring cup has nice dark lines so easy to see the dosing line. 10 out of 10 will be buying this again. ¡Muchas gracias!

    Great non- brand product

    This product is exactly the same as the name brand Tylenol. I gave some to my son the other night it worked exactly the same the packaging is very good and it is very affordable.

    Great!

    Thank you CVS for a great generic alternative. My baby is teething and a little of this helps her stop the restlessness and crying. The taste must be great because she takes it willingly! Definitely going to purchase once it runs out.

    As a parent, finding effective relief for my child's cold symptoms can be quite challenging, especially when they need a good night's sleep. The CVS Children's Nighttime Multi-Symptom Cold Relief Liquid in strawberry flavor is a great product. The strawberry flavor is a hit with my child. Unlike some cold medications that have a harsh taste, this one was sweet and enjoyable, making it easy to administer without any fuss. It also has a pleasant scent, which was a bonus. In terms of effectiveness, I noticed a significant improvement in my child's symptoms after just one dose. Help relieve my daughter's fever within 30 min or so. One downside I encountered was the thickness of the liquid. It can be a bit sticky, so I'd make sure to have a glass of water handy afterward to help wash it down.

    Dye free and great flavor

    This is my go to for my children it’s effective and fast , but the best things are the taste is wonderful and has zero dye in it which I think is really important especially for flavors that are suppose to be red.

    More cost efficient than name brand

    This is a great alternative to the name brand and for a fraction of the cost. It works just as good too. Love that this is dye free and my toddler doesn't hate the taste of it.

    Great for cold and flu season!

    We're always in the market for effective cold medicine that's available at our local drug store. This cold medicine was very easy to measure out and my little one didn't seem to mind the flavor. It comes with a measuring cup which is really helpful. I plan to continue using this in place of our usual brand and hope for ongoing good results.

    Good alternative to expensive name brand

    I tried this acetaminophen for my two year old granddaughter. She is very difficult with medication as she doesn't like to try new things.  I was unable to get her to take his medication so I can't speak to the quality however, it seems very consistent with the namebrand equivalent. I sampled the medication myself to see how it tasted. It doesn't have a weird aftertaste and I think most kids would enjoy the flavor.
