Easy to swallow!
I received the CVS Health Vitamin D3 125mcg (5000IU) Soft Gels for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The CVS Health Vitamin D Softgels comes in a large 100-count bottle with 5000IU of vitamin D per dose. I normally use the 10mg (400IU) D3 from CVS, so I'm familiar with this supplement. Taking vitamin D supports bone health and may help to prevent older adults from osteoporosis. Our body can get vitamin D naturally from exposure to sunlight and by consuming certain foods, but our needs can change with age. My Doctor has recommended that I include a Vitamin D supplement daily, as she indicated I am deficient in Vitamin D. (I get tested every year during my annual physical). I usually take 2 of the 400IU gels daily, but I only need to take one of the 5000IU gels, which is great if you use multiple supplements. I take mine every morning with my breakfast. I received these about 2 weeks before this year's physical, and told my Doctor that I started using a higher dose than normal. My results showed that I was in the normal range. She suggested I continue using the higher dosage, especially in the Winter months and we would continue to monitor my progress. Highly recommend as they don't have any aftertaste and are easy to swallow. Price is about $15.50 for 100 gel caps, but CVS often has special offers so prices are reasonable.

Seems to work well
I took this supplement and it seems to work well. I take 5000 per week as part of a maintenance dose along with vitamin k. I didn't notice a difference between this and the previous, more expensive brand I used.

An important part of your daily vitamin routine!
These vitamins go down smoothly & are easy to swallow. The packaging keeps the product fresh. I've been taking them every day since receiving and I've noticed my nails are stronger and I'm less fatigued.

I find the CVS vitamin D3 softgels to be easy to swallow and also like the fact that it doesn't contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. These supplements have assisted me in keeping up the healthy levels of vitamin D3, especially during winter when there is not enough sunlight. The only things I dislike are the fishy smell and aftertaste of these softgels.

Keeps bones healthy!
I take one daily to help keep my bones strong & healthy! Very easy form of pill to swallow & no after taste! This vitamin is good for older & younger people!

Helps Out!
I always feel more energized after taking vitamin d3 especially in the winter. Helps with cold prevention and general mood and energy levels a lot for me! Highly recommend this supplement

Good for you and easy to take!
I've been taking vitamin D3 for a long time as it is recommended by my doctor. I was really impressed by the CVS health vitamin D3 soft gels! The vitamin D that I've been taking for sometime is hard to get down compared to these tiny, awesome D3 pills. For a great price you get 100 capsules that should last you at least a few months. I can't recommend these vitamin D3 soft gels enough for anybody who has been thinking about taking vitamin D or is already taking it!

D3 keeping me healthy
D3 has remained a number #1 to my personal care in terms of vitamins. Helps keep you immune system health and strong while also giving you additional benefits *cough, couch* bright skin.
