I didn't think these would do much for me but I decided to give them a try anyway. I have a hard time staying awake during the day since I work from home now and these were great to keep my hydrated and energized the whole work day. I got the lemon lime flavor and it's not too bad. I was able to get my work done during the day without feeling sluggish. These hydration packs are good after GI issues, and they're also good for after a run when you're feeling depleted. The packaging is durable and portable. Everything is easy to mix. I'm giving it four stars because i think the flavor is just okay, but my partner loves it. Real lemon flavor electrolyte drink!
I've been loving this Rapid Hydration drink mix! The lemon-lime flavor is perfect.. like real lemons, not too sour or sweet, just super refreshing. I had it after getting home from work, and it was exactly what I needed to feel recharged. It's easy to mix, tastes great, and I can tell it helps keep me hydrated without any weird aftertaste.
