This vitamin helps with cognitive health. The pills are not too large and very easy to swallow. It helps with mental focus. I have not had any digestive problems while using this product. Great ingredients!
As I get older, the more supplements I take. I definitely want to keep my wits about me. I like CVS Supplements from CVS Health- CVS Health Extra Strength Cognitive Health Capsules, 60 count. I added these to my daily regimen. Time will Tell
I thought it was my age that was causing my brain frog, but I now know it was after having covid in 2021. My memory started to fail and my speech was starting to get slower.. Thankfully I was able to get this product and I'm gonna try it for 30 days. It's easy to take in pill format and easy to swallow. Seem to swallow. surprising results!
I am 75, and have been taking these cvs health extra-strength cognitive health capsules for 3 weeks now. am noticing a big difference. Received these as a free sample to try out. I am still in the process of of seeing the results. Currently I have seen a small bit of change a bit less fog.
