These are too flexible as they bend with the slightest resistance. Use every day
We use these tooth cleaners every day to keep food particles from building up in our mouths. The shape, strength and size of these are as good as the GUM brand but less expensive. Both my and my wife's hygienist always comments on how clean our teeth are.
