It contains a nasal decongestant; provides up to four hours of multi-symptom relief from nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever and upper respiratory allergies; one dose provides relief that lasts for four hours; phenylephrine hydrochloride nasal spray offers non-drowsy, multi-symptom nasal congestion relief. ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Compare to the active ingredient in 4-Way; CVS Health Nasal Four Nasal Spray contains the nasal decongestant phenylephrine hydrochloride

NON-DROWSY: Provides non-drowsy relief from nasal congestion; lasts for four hours
FOR AGES 12 YEARS AND OLDER: This nasal decongestant spray can be taken every four hours; for adults and children ages 12 years and older.

    See the full list of product ingredients on the product label. Active ingredient: Phenylephrine HCl 1%. Inactive Ingredients: benzalkonium chloride solution, benzyl alcohol, boric acid, purified water, sodium borate.
    Directions: adults and children 12 years and over: 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 4 hours; children under 12 years: ask a doctor. Use instructions: with head in a normal, upright position, put atomizer tip into nostril. Squeeze bottle with firm, quick pressure while inhaling. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
    Warnings: Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease; thyroid disease; high blood pressure; diabetes; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland.
