Just Right for my Rehab needs
I have a painful neck/shoulder injury that I am rehabilitating. I have to use a cold pack every day for about three times a day. I purchased two of them so I could rotate them as they warmed up.

Great!
I have chronic back pain, so a cold compress for relief is essential. I find this compress to be sturdy, cools down quickly and retains its cold capability for a good amount of time. Highly recommend!
