Extremely hard to open.
My husband bought these so he could take his pills with him when we were going away for the day. The cases were extremely hard to open and we have chosen not to use them because it's just too difficult to open them. They looked like they would be convenient for him to put in his pocket so he could take his pills at lunch time.
