I use the daytime at a 1/2 dose for my allergies during the day. Usually I only need 1 dose to have a good congestion free day. I use the night time one at a 1/2 dose to help me sleep. The cherry flavor tastes so much better than that name brand. Watch out for the green flavor as it's still a gross as the name brand. Good night sleep

Saved me during RSV
This cvs products tastes better than NyQuil which makes me gag. It allowed me to sleep during the 24 days I had RSV. I hacked the entire time except when I used this at night. The cVS day time version was good too but this one was superior. I went thru 3 bottles.1 users found this review helpful.
