this item, like the diphenhydramine variations, is just an antihistamine and may produce a drowzy feeling which could help one fall asleep ... Finally Sleeping!
After bad side effects from prescribed medications and anything with melatonin in it not working. I finally found something that will put me to sleep. Does the job!
Had to take this since it's the only thing safe for pregnancy for sleep. It works just as well as the regular Unisom. To me it's pretty strong but doesn't make you groggy.0 users found this review helpful.
