I love me some melatonin. It helps me fall asleep at night. I've actually been off of melatonin this summer since school was out. I'm use to take 5 mg but this 3 mg put me right to bed last night. Great taste. They do help you sleep better. My only suggestion to improve would be the texture of the gummies. They are sticky and get stuck to your teeth. Relaxed and ready for bed
These seem to work to help me relax and fall asleep. I didn't feel groggy in the morning. I removed a star just because I'm not a fan of gummies.
