Not only are these the most delicious gummies I've ever tried (I have to tell myself not to eat more than two) they work incredibly well. I either take one or two before bed and they help me fall asleep and stay asleep without any grogginess the next day. Tastes and works great!
I was pleasantly surprised by the CVS Zero Sugar Melatonin + Calming Botanicals sleep aid. The smell and taste were very delicious! They didn't taste like medicine or sugar substitutes. The texture was easy to chew and swallow. These taste really good and are fun to take. I love the peach flavor. Even my husband likes them and he doesn't like peach. I took 2 gummies 30 minutes before bed. Slept great. Woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy. I wish that the taste was a little better, and I hope that they don't harden up quickly. For now. Good calming qualities but not a great sleep aid
I like that these were gummies. They were tasty and at least for me, the chamomile was calming. However, I don't think they were very effective as a sleep aid. I took 2 and maybe a higher dose would have been more effective, but in my case it did not help me sleep any quicker or maintain sleep any longer than usual.
