Since this is an UNCOATED tablet - not directions except TAKE ONE a day - I tried swallowing it. Mistake! Because it is uncoated it needs to be chewed? Or not? No clear directions for taking this pill. This could be a chocking hazard, especially for those with swallowing problems and older adults. It got stuck in my throat with 6 oz of water. Needed another glass to push it down. Did chew one the second day. Seems ok to do that but would like verification from the manufacturer and recommend clearer instructions.
