I love that these are soft gels. My husband isn't a huge fan though. He says the soft gels are too big, I think they're great. They're easy to take and work great. I received this product and I'm very satisfied with them. Ever since Covid has arrived I have strongly believed in taking vitamins. This strengthens the immune system. It rejuvenates my skin and keeps it healthy looking as well. No after taste
No funky aftertaste, no stomach issues either after taking, I do take with dinner though just incase. Easy to swallow softgels capsules are nice because they don't start to dissolve right in your mouth like some tablet style pills can. Haven't noticed any difference in anything but it hasn't been that long since introducing into my vitamin regimen.0 users found this review helpful.
