Tape strips

Good tape during and after workouts
I applied this tape on my heels and lower legs (Achilles tendon area) during my runs (5-12 mile long) to reduce irritation in the high intensity rubbing areas. CVS KT tape mostly met my expectations. It stayed on even on very warm sweaty days, unlike most of other brands of KT tape. Not as tight that other brands but helps
I have been using other brands that you can really feel how tight it stays and do not stretch much, however this one it feel a little weak and not tight enough, but for a 45 min or an hour workout will make the work.0 users found this review helpful.
