I purchased the 3 mg strength of this Melatonin and unfortunately the 3 mg strength was not strong enough to help me sleep. All natural
This is a good source of natural sleep aid for anyone. There is no smell, they absorb quickly. I take one about 20 minutes before bed and I'm good for the night.. the consistency of the pill is great. . Sleeping was peaceful
I needed these in my life. Sometimes sleep can be really hard for me and these made me fall asleep and actually stay asleep. Great Sleep Aid
This medication has helped me so much with my struggle in getting a good night rest. Easy to use. Packaging is simple. I do not notice any differences in the capsules. Take it about 20 minutes before bed to help me sleep well. The pills are not very large and easy to take. Try and see
Don't know if it's just me, but I didn't really feel any effects from taking this. Deep sleep 😴

Helps you fall asleep without waking up feeling gr
Have you ever had difficulties sleeping but don’t want to take something as strong as a sleeping pill but that is still effective? Then melatonin is made for you. I started taking some when I became a caregiver to help me fall asleep at night as I was struggling, being so stressed out. I was not sure it would work but it did!!!! And the best part? I don’t wake up feeling groggy. These pills are quite small and the dosage is low.
