Helps healing
I ended up needing a procedure and had something removed from my leg right before this box was delivered so I was able to test it on a new incision. This gel definitely helped with healing. It kept the area hydrated and the scar is smooth and not raised.

Helped my scars look less harsh!
I received the CVS Scar Gel complimentary from Influenster and CVS in exchange for my honest review. CVS Scar Gel is a clear gel that actually completely absorbed into my skin. It did not leave any residue or gross feeling on my skin. And, when it dried, it was completely invisible. I have a few scars...a 7 inch scar on my lower back from multiple spine surgeries, a 3 inch scar on my ankle from having ankle surgery and a scar on my hand from a cat scratch that got infected. I have been using the CVS Scar Gel for about 4 weeks... I noticed on all 3 of my scars that the CVS Scar Gel immediately hydrated/moisturized and soothed my scars! My scars didn't looks so dry and it made the new skin where the incisions/scars are look less tight and less crepey! After consistent use, the CVS Scar Gel actually made the line of demarcation from my skin to the scar and new skin look softer, smoother and definitely less harsh on all of all of my scars!! And, after consistent use, the scar on my ankle looks a lot lighter!! My ankle scar/incision has always looked dark and bruised, even though it's a few years old, but now it's significantly lighter...hopefully this Scar Gel will help lighten it a little more! After that being said, I do know that the CVS Scar Gel is not a miracle worker and won't make my incision scars and regular scars disappear completely, which is fine with me, I don't want my scars to disappear...I just want them to look less noticeable! Overall, I'm actually really happy with the results I've had over the past month and I can't wait to see what my scars look like in a few months! Noticable results within a month
I have been using this product consistently for a little over a month to try to lessen the appearance of my acne scars. The consistency is lightweight and it absorbs very nicely into the skin without leaving residue, and I do think that within 4 weeks my acne scarring looks lighter. I will continue to use in my skincare routine!

Dries non sticky
I recieved this CVS Scar Gel and used it before posting. The scar gel made a noticeable difference in appearance for my scars I had. I did not think to take a before photo prior to using. This product has no smell and dries non sticky. I would recommend the CVS Scar Gel to a friend before the manufacturer products.

CVS Scar gel
This scar gel works if you apply it consistently. The product has a thin consistency so when I squeeze the bottle to release more product than necessary comes out. I wish the packaging was a little different, but other than that, it's a great product. I like that it is a clear gel and also that it melts and sinks into my skin almost instantly. Its smell is very pleasant and leaves the skin well hydrated and not greasy.

Very useful
Since I received this I've been using it & other skincare products to slowly lighten my acne marks & it's been helping. It's been something I've been self conscious about for a long time so I'm glad it's been working in hand with other products . Id recommend this product.

Pretty Good!
I really enjoyed using this product! I have some acne scars, stretch marks, and have had a really stubborn burn scar for a while and this product has helped lighten all of these! I've been using it for around a month now, 3-4 times a week and am happy to have noticed some changes. The marks aren't fully gone, but I think with continued use, they may fully disappear. The product has a slight scent, but I don't mind it at all and it isn't noticeable when on my skin. One thing I wish this product had were more instructions. It only says "Apply as needed." Just because I'm not an expert on the product or its ingredients, I'm not sure if it's something that can be harmful if used to frequently or for too long. Besides that, I love everything about the product and will be recommending to some friends/family!
