The special design adheres well to the skin and can be used over healing ointments or gels without sliding. Under compression, they wrap tightly and securely to help absorb draining fluids. You can secure these foam pads with tape and bandaging to provide a better hold without sacrificing comfort. The thin, discreet foam can be cut to any size or shape. This is especially helpful for wounds that need frequent dressing changes. The soft silicone adhesive stays in place while providing a clean removal with less pain. This product will not stick to a moist wound and will only stick to dry, clean skin. To use the absorbent foam pads, thoroughly clean the wound. Make sure the affected area is thoroughly dry before application. Remove the pad from the packaging and cut it to shape or size if desired to get a better fit. Only cut the pad using clean scissors or medical scissors. Remove the release film and gently place the pad over the area, keeping it place with medical tape around the edges.
