Received this product a month ago. Initially I was nervous about the size as I am not big on taking large pills. These are easy to swallow in the clear gel cap. I do like that it is in the clear capsule as you are able to see the contents of the tumeric. A slight increase in energy has been the main benefit I have noticed. I have 3 kids of whom I homeschool 2 and 1 is a toddler so I am very busy. Energy is something I desperately need so and change is helpful. Feel Great!
A friend had recommended that I try Tumeric for joint stiffness and pain. I have been on the CVS Health Turmeric for four weeks now and can absolutely feel the difference. Can sleep through the night without the hip discomfort when I roll over. My hands are much less stiff and painful. True test is when I missed a few days and the stiffness and pain worsened again. Convenient dosing capsules
I have always wanted to try adding Turmeric to my diet as a supplement due to arthritis inflammation issues. The capsules make the effect so easy and the twin pack makes for less shopping trips for me! I wanted to try this product because my body has a tendency to experience inflammation in random joints, particularly in the mornings when I wake up. I have to admit that since I have been taking this product, my morning time inflammation issues have decreased (though not completely gone away). I'd like to think that this turmeric curcumin has had something to do with it. Overall, it's very easy to swallow and it seems to be helping with my inflammation issues. These are normal size pills, but I still have issues with swallowing them. I just break them open, usually with gloves if I do not want to stain my hands. I think Turmeric is helpful for many different things and I'm glad to make it part of my everyday routine. Having this twin pack makes it easier for me to plan and lay the meds out for multiple days! Highly recommend giving this a try!0 users found this review helpful.
