Great product, I’d you want your wrist hair ripped
The top is set in the range that covers 6’ 1”. The bottom is set at 6’ 1”. The circled parts in the photo rips hair from the inner wrist. So looking forward to CVS bots telling me that I’m doing it wrong or they just exclude this review completely.Reply from Customer Relations Representative1 week agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Universal Crutches. Not even 2 weeks in…
The rubber in one of these crutches already wore out. Way I found out was by almost eating it as it slipped as I took a step. For the price Amazon would have probably been the better option if this was going to be the case. Such a shame.Reply from Customer Relations Representative4 weeks agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Universal Crutches. Do not buy these crutches
I bought one set of these about four weeks ago, and two weeks later, the rubber was worn down on the feet. I found out by the crutch slipping out from under me and almost took a nice spill. So, I made the wrong decision to buy another set. Two weeks later, the second set has now worn through the rubber on the bottom. These crutches are dangerous. The red clips that hold the handles on can pop loose and fall out of the crutch when it catches a pants pocket while crutching. I have almost fallen more times with the crutches than without due to their dangerous design. To top it off, they put a metal plate under the rubber for the feet, so when it does wear down, you get surprise slip-and-slide action from the crutch. The picture I've uploaded is of the second set after two weeks of use, an average of 2500-3000 "steps" daily. Again do not buy these if you'd like to actually recover and not worry about falling even harder while using a set of crutches.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative1 month agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Universal Crutches. Clasps that secure hand grips broke off
These crutches were purchased for someone unable to walk on a badly injured ankle. One of the crutches fell over from leaning on a wall and the plastic clasps securing the hand grips snapped off. The clasps no longer secured the built-in pegs into the crutch leg, so the hand grip no longer stayed in place. The user had to hold the hand grip into place instead of depending on it to bear weight. Someone not aware of this problem could be injured using these crutches.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative1 month agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Universal Crutches.
