I was already on my 6th day of excruciating pain with a small canker sore on my inner lower lip, right at teeth-edge position when I bought these pills. In the past, I've used a custom prescription powder that, once applied, forms a gel-like coating over the sore. It helped with pain, but didn't always speed up healing, didn't last but a few minutes,cost $50, and lost potency after a few weeks. I saw this product in my desperate search for pain relief, and after reading the reviews, I bought some immediately. I had no trouble following instructions and after a brief 20 seconds of slight burn once the pill had adhered, I felt immediate relief, for the first time in a week. It took a good 30 minutes or so for the pill to dissolve into the thick gelatinous cover, but it worked! I'd read that it would stick for 12 hours but it was completely dissolved after about 5 hours, so I reapplied again, with same results, and a third time at bedtime. Was hoping to be cured by morning, but no...there was still some pain, though I would say 50% improvement. I used another pill this morning and wore it until it was gone, again after about 5-6 hours. It's now about 85% improved. I'll use one more before bed tonight and I do expect to be cured by tomorrow morning. I thought the price was kind of high, but by comparison to the dentist-prescribed medicine, it was well worth it! I have particularly intensely painful cankers that usually last close to 2 weeks, so finding this much relief even after being at the peak of pain, is wonderful. Heals in 1 night. MUST BE USED PROPERLY!
Highly effective if used correctly. If you use these improperly they absolutely can make matters worse so it's very important to carefully follow instructions. I am prone to canker sores and have tried every product on the market from all over the world. These are by far the most effective and 100% worth the money. Where many people go wrong is they attempt to move or remove this once applied. Do not do this as you will incur additional trauma to the sore and make it much worse. The best way to use this product is to apply it as advised directly before bed. 99.9% of the time you will wake up fully healed. Which is an amazing experience the first time you try it. Usually you'd have to suffer with these sores for a week or two. Never again. You can also use these mid day but I wouldn't advise it unless you really needed to for some reason. It will cover and protect the sore but it will not heal it this way. You're better off just numbing the sore to eat. The tablet will take up to 30 mins to fully dissolve into a gel like bandage. In the meantime it's very awkward to have this tablet stuck in your mouth and this is the danger zone when it can be ripped off and hurt you even worse. The one downside is they should try to make the top side of the tablet less prone to sticking to gums and teeth as this is often how it gets torn off prematurely and causes additional pain or injury. Made tongue canker sore way worst

the product does notn work as advertised.
followed the instructions and the tablets would not adhere and ended up falling out of mouth. I purchased two boxes and oddly two tablets from each box were crushed rendering them un-useable. definitely frustrating. Disappointing as well is trying to get a refund or replacement. I would not recommend these to anyone. A complete waste of money for as expensive as they are.1 users found this review helpful.
