This worked really well even though I didn't follow the instructions. Put the pill on my sore that wasn't dry and I didn't hold it as per the instructions. It did burn somewhat for maybe a couple of hours but after that everything was fine. You know that it's in place because you can feel it, but it doesn't hurt and I could eat like normal. Took me 3 tablets just to get one to stick and it came undone within 5 minutes. It's good for canker sores that are each to reach but not if the canker sore is literally on the side of tongue in way back! The concept is there, I like it, but maybe some improvement for those hard to reach areas! Even tried breaking it in half. Changing review
I wrote a review that this was terrible. It's the DIRECTIONS that are terrible! You have to DRY the area and sore and hold tablet between two fingers. Place the tablet on the sore and press. Hold for several seconds. It stuck and stayed for 8 hours through the night. Totally worthless!!

Did not help
It did cover my canker sore, but it hurt worse with it on than without it. Once it is on, it is basically glued on for a few hours and cannot be pulled off. Really works
