The guard broke after 2 weeks of use. Customer service is not great, I've been trying to get a refund for weeks with no follow up from the company. Poor quality and design

I wish grip on bottom teeth was tighter.
The product is well made, but after preparing the guard a couple of times to fit on my lower teeth, I found the grip was not as smug as I thought it would be. I can easily move it around with my tongue.2 users found this review helpful. - Reviewed 2 years ago
Allergic reaction to new material
Ive used this mouthguard for years and always liked it. The last time i bought it, though, i noticed that the material looked different. More clear than before. Uncomfortable
This is one of the most uncomfortable guards that I have ever purchased. It makes my jaw sit in an uncomfortable position. I have TMJ and am a teeth grinder, while sleeping. Thought I would try this out for a few nights. Nope. Woke up with more pain than I went to bed with. I went back to the tried and true Sleep Right brand of guard.
