    Not worth it.

    I've been wearing the 310 for a week and nothing has changed. The discomfort is persisting and at times worse with the inserts.

    Changed my Life

    Im a 25 year Old and I have multiple conditions with my feet and legs these soles/inserts had really change my lifestyle 5 years ago I’ve been using them since I moved to the United states I wish we had this in South America, I walk confident way more comfortable and my posture has even improved thanks to this company to make my life a little bit more easier

    The best I have worn for several years of use.

    I have three different types of orthotic inserts for three different running shoes. My favorite for the last several years has been the CF 440 hands (or feet) down. I finally had to replace them. They arrived today and are already being used in my favorite running shoes. I plan on buying another pair, but wish they had a CF 550 or something even a little stronger than the 440 (hint, hint).

    Guaranteed Relief

    Let me put this simply. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis you need to invest in a pair of these. A couple of days after slipping these into my shoes, the pain was gone. I'm not sure of the science behind it, but whatever it is, works. Do yourself a favor...find a Dr. Scholl's Custom fit machine, buy the insoles they suggest and say goodbye to the pain.
