Did not work at all for weight loss.

Give to me hope

Not good for me!
This gave me intestinal cramping and diarrhea! Waste of time.
I maintained exact diet at exact time for 2 weeks before taking c/bs pills. And I did exact diet for 2 was after beginning c/bs pills. No chance ever in carb or blood sugar.
