less than 6 months old, and the nylon retainers for Heel Loops stripped out. Bad News, you have to buy the entire Heel Loop with retainers and screws. I have not even asked how much I will have to spend to replace the nylon retainers, but this is typical. Will not purchase another Drive Item again. Customer support was "sorry". Good Manual Wheelchair
Excellent wheelchair, lightweight and easy to fold/unfold to place in car trunk. We are not pleased with how quickly the food rest pads broke and now the arm rest plastic has broken on one arm. Trying to find replacement parts for those two items has proven difficult. Have not yet found a source to obtain replacement parts. Good Value
