They don't work!
These do not work at all!! You might as well be chewing on gummy bears and they would taste better. They don’t work
I took four of these with Joe two giant glasses of water. It’s now been three hours and zero nothing I do not recommend three hours of pain and misery. These should probably be good for children but not for an adult.
