There were no harsh side effects.

Great taste and effective!
I really liked the taste and the chewables were effective, but it took almost 24 hours before they started to work. Just a note. I am taking weightloss injections, which are contributing towards my constipation. My intestines started really gurgling, and 48 hours after the initial dose of 3 chews, my intestines are still gurgling!
