[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things to like about this sponge. I appreciate that, even when wet, the sponge has a firmer texture and bounce. Softer sponges just feel more airy and don't excel if you need to move and distribute the product more. The softer sponges also seem to absorb more of the product, which is not ideal. The rounded portion of the sponge is great for the usual bouncing action that people like with the name brand blenders. It won't leave any harsh lines and it does a great job creating a natural finish. The strength of the sponge is that it also has two flat portions of different sizes. The smaller one is excellent for getting product into hard to reach corners of the eyes and creases of the nose. The large flat size is good for the initial application of cream and liquid bases onto larger areas of the face before you blend. I also appreciate that the directions sugggest that the sponge be replaced "when necessary" rather than every 30 days, because the sponge is easy to deep clean and dry. Blur It

Additionally, I found it to be very easy to clean up. I highly recommend adding it to your makeup collection. I can't express enough how much I appreciate that this blurring blender has a flat side. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sponge gets huge when you wet it, this means it makes quick work on blending foundation and other cream products. It's not too porous so it isn't absorbing all your product up as you are blending it out. Good concept, but too absorbent

Ease of Use Blurring Blender

I wet the product & got rid of excess water. Application of my foundation went on evenly on my face. Blur blender

To help your foundation stay on, wet the blurring blender until it is damp.
