    Great

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This top coat is great. It gives my nails and polish so much shine as a true gel polish does. Does not have a strong scent. Easy to apply. My nails last longer without chipping with this top coat.

    I’ll try it again but…

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive the Essie Dopamine Rush Gel Polish and Top Coat from Influenster to try. I used it like I would a typical polish and while I have to get better at doing my nails, the color went on easily and I loved the color pay off. I applied a little more than two coats to get the depth of color I wanted before applying the top coat. Now, the polish didn't come with instructions so the next part may be due to user error - I did have a little chipping within two days of use but didn't try to remove the polish for several days because I really loved the color! When removing with nail polish, all of my nails were stained right cross the middle. I literally had to lightly buff my nails to remove it. I will use it again with the cuticle prep and following the instructions on the website this week to see if it eliminates chipping and stains but I really love this green!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free for review. It claims to last 14 days with a top coat reapplication on day 7. It's supposed to look like gel with no UV. I think it looks fairly decent for not truly being gel. I received the shade New Highs described as an electric blue with magenta under tones. I think it's closer to a cool mid tone navy or dark blue. Not very electric. The glass bottle has a twisted design. All the corners make it kinda hard to mix when I roll the bottle in my hands. The brush of the colors also have the same twisted design. I enjoy the brush shape, flat with a rounded tip. It makes such a difference with paint results. The top coat has the same twisted bottle design but not the twisted brush design. They're are on the pricey side, and you need to buy them both to use the 2 step system. I found that the nail polish chipped by day 6. By day 7, a top coat would not be able to hide the chips. I think it could last maybe 10 days with reapplication of top coat on day 5. I would only get this if there was a color I loved.

    Ehhh just ok

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly was expecting more. Use an Essie top coat already not gel and can't really tell the difference when on. Nails last the same time. Shine is good and easy on.

    Wears great

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the yes. I work in healthcare so I am constantly washing and sanitizing my hands. I used this top coat with an Essie nail color and it wore like a dream. I had been doing press on nail polish but I actually might switch!

    Nice too coat!

    Gel Top Coat

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topcoat did its job as far as protecting the polish and making it shiny. It was easy to apply, and dried rather quickly. I wore it for two weeks, and when I removed the green nail polish, I noticed my nails were stained green. Not cool.
